GE announced last year it was leaving its headquarters in Fairfield to move to Boston. Immelt owns the house with his wife, Andrea.
The home is now listed for $4.7 million. The Hour story said the home was listed for $5.5 million when it hit the market last year. It was listed for $4.9 million in October. The Immelts paid $5.3 million when they purchased it in 2001.
